Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your hotel
You will be picked up from the airport upon arrival and driven to your hotel for a rest. If you arrive early you will go for a birding excursion along the Mabamba bay to see the shoebill stork.
Day 2: Kampala City tour & Transfer to Jinja
After breakfast, you will go for a Kampala city tour visiting the Kasubi tombs, old Kampala Mosque, Bahai Temple, and Namugongo Martyrs shrine. Have a lunch break and later be transferred to Jinja. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 3: White Water Rafting and a visit to the source of the Nile.
This is a fun-filled adventure day as you go for white water rafting along the Nile River. You will paddle through the different stages of whitewater rapids, enjoying the fresh waters of the Nile. In the evening, visit the source of the Nile and Later head to your lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Sipi & Coffee Experience
You will set off for Kapchorwa along the slopes of Mount Elgon. Get there in time for lunch and a little rest and in the evening go for a coffee experience where you will get a chance to taste locally made coffee. Dinner and Overnight at Sipi Valley Resort; Full Board
Day 5: Sipi Falls Hike & Transfer to Pian Upe
After breakfast at your lodge, you will hike to Sipi Falls. Here you will enjoy magnificent views of the falls along the ridge as you interact with the local people. After the adventurous hike, you will be transferred to Pian Upe Reserve. Arrive in time for a lunch break and go for game drives.
Day 6: Game drive & Transfer to Moroto
You will have breakfast and head out for a game drive to see the wildlife species in the reserve. Later, you will be transferred to Moroto. Check in at your camp for a rest and go for a community visit to the Tepeth Mountain People.
Day 7: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park & Game drives
You will have breakfast and transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park. Pass via Kotido in the countryside, where you will see the true Ugandan countryside with traditional Karamojong homesteads. Proceed to the park, getting there in time for lunch. In the evening, enjoy game drives in Uganda’s most isolated National Park.
Day 8: Game drives & Community Visit
Spend this day exploring Kidepo Valley National Park with game drives in the Narus Valley. Have a lunch break, and in the afternoon, visit the Karamojong community.
Day 9: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.
After breakfast, you will set off for Murchison Falls National Park. Pass Via the Wankwar Gate for game drives as you proceed to your lodge.
Day 10: Game drives & Boat cruise
Start the day with game drives in the park’s northern sector. The sector has the highest wildlife concentration. There you will see several wildlife species including giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and many bird species. You will have a lunch break and, in the afternoon, go for a boat cruise along the Nile River to the Bottom of the falls.
Day 11: Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
You will have breakfast and transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Have a lunch break and in the evening go for Rhino Tracking. You will go for a night nature walk and later return to your lodge.
Day 12: Transfer to Fort Portal (5 to 6 hours’ drive)
After breakfast, depart Murchison for a transfer to Kibale National Park. You will have a stopover for photography and later proceed to. Arrive at your lodge for a rest. D
Day 13: Chimpanzee trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Start the day with a chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale Forest. Hike to meet the great apes and later transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in the evening for a game drive in the Kasenyi sector.
Day 14: Nature Walk & Boat Cruise
You will have breakfast and be taken for a boat cruise in the Kyambura Gorge. It is home to chimpanzees and several other wildlife species. In the afternoon, go on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you will see other wildlife species including Hippos, elephants, and many more. In the evening you will have a game drive and back to your lodge.
Day 15: Ishasha Sector Game drives and transfers to Kisoro
You will have breakfast at your lodge and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Ishasha sector. Here you will have a game drive to see the different wildlife species including elephants, the Topi, and lions if lucky. Have a Lunch break at Savanna Hotel and later proceed to Kisoro for Dinner and Overnight at your lodge.
Day 16: Mountain Gorilla Trekking & Community visit
After an early breakfast, you will be driven to the Mgahinga Gorilla Park for the mountain gorilla trekking experience. Meet the gentle giants in their habitats and later go for a community visit to the Batwa. Dinner & Overnight at Ichumbi Hotel
Day 17: Golden Monkey Trekking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
You will have breakfast and be driven to the park headquarters about the Golden Monkey trek. Hike and meet the rare monkeys and later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
Day 18: Head to Lake Mburo National Park & Game drives
Start the day with an early breakfast and then be driven to Lake Mburo NP. Have a lunch break and in the evening go for game drives to see the different animals in the park.
Day 19: Ankole Cattle Experience & Horse Ride
You will have breakfast and go for an Ankole Cattle experience. Learn about the milking process and later go for a horse ride adventure in the Park.
Day 20: Transfer to Entebbe
After breakfast, you will have a relaxed drive to Entebbe with an en-route stop at the Equator. Proceed to arrive in the afternoon for a drop-off at the airport for departure depending on the schedule. End of Safari.
